- •1. Lather the gel between wet hands and apply by massaging the skin gently.
- •2. Rinse thoroughly.

- •1. Take a hazelnut-sized amount of cream and warm it to facilitate absorption.
- •2. Gently apply across the face, starting with the forehead, then cheeks to jaw and lastly the nose area.
- •3. Next, layer over troubled spots if needed.
